Breakfast Attendant
This position is primarily responsible for setting up and breaking down each morning’s breakfast buffet by ensuring buffet items remain well-stocked, maintaining the safety and appearance of the buffet area, cleaning the buffet area in preparation for the next day, replenishing silverware and condiments, performing light to moderate food preparation, and related duties that may be assigned.
Housekeeper
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring quality and clean facilities throughout the hotel, and stocks guest rooms with towels and linens, furnishings and any other supplies a guest may need or request by performing the following duties.
Engineer
This position is primarily responsible for fixing minor problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilet, tightening loose toilet, changing light bulbs, and patching hotel walls, as well as performing scheduled (preventative maintenance) and unscheduled maintenance on all guest rooms to include repair or replacement of wall coverings, touch up or whole area painting, minor carpentry work, and chemical and mechanical drain cleaning.
Front Desk Agent
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating front office activities of hotel by greeting guests and providing room assignments, accommodating special requests and rewards members whenever possible. Front Desk agents assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations, resolving problems arising from guests’ complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries. This position will also be responsible for assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk related functions, as well as maintaining Management’s high standard of service and hospitality.
